This is a program for permanent or part-time residence of Florida who have put funds aside for final expenses, do not want to pre-pay, yet want their arrangements secured in Florida.
HOW TO REGISTER? Step 1: Click here and complete the information form containing necessary instructions including disposition and personal information.
Step 2: Then click the "Submit This Form" button for your infomation to instantly be received in our office. Once received, we will follow up the registration with a phone call.

Print and mail the form along with a $25 check, made payable to American Heritage Cremation Society.
Upon our receipt of the form and payment of $25, you will receive final registration documents to sign and return, then you will receive membership cards.
No additional funds are required until the time of death when the current price will be charged, less the registration fee.
Registered members are covered should death occur anywhere within the state of Florida, but are not covered should the death occur outside of Peninsular Florida.
This is a program for permanent residence of Florida who, after registering, want to pre-pay our simple cremation program.
Once payment is made, the price is "frozen" and the funds for cremation services are placed in a state regulated fund payable at death to American Heritage Cremation Society, where our services are guaranteed at any future date. Your file is permanently on record and contains all the signed orders and authorizations to be used at the time of death, eliminating the need for involvement of anyone except American Heritage Cremation Society.
